Agreement to these terms

By accessing Calculate All ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

What the Site provides

Calculate All provides free online calculators, informational articles, and buying guides. All tools run in your browser and are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional financial, medical, tax, or legal advice — see our Disclaimer.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure.
Scrape the Site's content at a rate that degrades service for others, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content without permission.
Misrepresent the Site's content as your own, or use it in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
Use the calculators for decisions where errors could cause significant harm without independent professional verification.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and code are the property of Calculate All and its owner unless otherwise noted. Formulas themselves are facts and remain free for anyone to use. You may link to any page, and you may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. Systematic copying of the Site's content, design, or code is not permitted without written consent.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. While we work hard to keep every formula correct (see our Methodology), errors can occur, and you use the results at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calculate All and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site — including financial decisions made using the calculators. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites, including affiliate product links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
